把环境教育带入校园，让学生亲身接触大自然。透过农耕活动及教学，让学生明白生态平衡的重要性，并培养孩子们对大自然的爱护之心。
We are bringing environmental education into school, allowing children to
be in contact with natural environment. Through farming activities, we are
allowing student to understand the importance of Eco-balance and hence,
cultivating their love and care towards natural environment.

透过此活动，学生可以享受现采现吃的蔬菜。它们不但新鲜、甜美，而且还是无毒无害的。除此之外，学生必须售卖自己的收成。学生不但感到有趣、好玩，还可以为自己的学会筹款。家长们也非常期待孩子们种的蔬菜，甚至还预先下了订单。

Through this program, children get to enjoy freshly harvest vegetables. They are not only fresh and delicious, but also chemical-free. Apart from this, children are also asked to sell their own harvest. They are amused by these activities. In addition, they are also raising funds for their own club. Our parents are very much looking forward to the vegetables planted by the kids, they have even placed order in advance.

这是一项对学生的生命教育，从种子到萌芽，然后开花结果，学生们都全程参与。这让他们亲身经历植物的成长过程，也让他们明白植物、蔬菜并非凭空而来的，而是需要时间及农夫的细心灌溉才可成为我们的盘中餐。

This
is a life education to the students. From the seed to germination, then
flowering and fruiting, they are all involved. This allows them to experience
the growing process of plants, at the same time letting them to understand
plants and vegetables do not come out from thin air.These require the time and hard wrk of
farmers before becoming the dish on our plate.

学生们看着植物慢慢的成长，这不但让带给他们成就感，而且大家也越来越主动完成工作。我们这边的小孩多数是城市小孩，大部分都是住在高楼，越来越远离大自然，这教育菜田变成了小朋友的一个新天地、也是他们接触大自然的好地方。

The children get to observe the growth of plants which not
only provide them with sense of achievement, but also promoting their
initiatives in completing the task. Most of the student here are from urban
areas, they are staying in high rise building and are getting further and
further away from the nature. This educational vegetable planting plot has
become a new place of interest for the students to get in touch with our
beloved nature.
